Due to the amazing last Waves Within retreat we decided to do another one in November!!!
The Waves Within Retreat is an intensive Surf and Yoga retreat aimed at people who want best of both worlds. There will be beautiful Yoga sessions in the morning, followed by loads of fun on the beach, playing with the waves catching the surf. After that we will end the day with a lovely restorative Yoga session (optional), so that your mind, body and soul will be ready for the next day of love, light and fun! All the food will be based on a healthy diet, so that you will leave the retreat re-energized and rejuvaneted!
